Seeking property preservation contractor to secure, repair and maintain foreclosed homes. Please only apply if you have the following: Truck/trailer Lawn care equipment Digital camera Computer/internet Ability to complete work ON TIME with accurate photos.
As a employee or contractor for CPR you will be required to do the following:
JOB DUTIES:
o Performs general manual labor tasks including loading
o Perform Lawn maintenance, debris removal, Lock changes, property cleaning and other misc job task requested by our clients
o Take photos and lockbox installation on
o Provide photos of damages inside and outside of each property
o Assists a variety of functions with manual labor tasks as needed
o Transports materials, tools, and equipment to and within work sites as required
o Miscellaneous Repairs (roof tarping, water removal, board up, securing and other repairs)
o Participates in special projects as required
