Our firm was founded in 1968 and is considered by many to be the grandfather of voluntary benefits sales. We are seeking to add to our Brunswick, Georgia sales team and are looking for a very specific person. Is it you?
Position Description
Be a part of the Sales world - build relationships and deliver customer-focused solutions that meet the needs of the customer.
Our firm is seeking a Benefits Specialist to find and close opportunities to acquire new employer groups, selling a mix of worksite-based life and health products. The Benefits Specialist will be accountable for ensuring all lines of business are aggressively and competitively positioned through all distribution channels.
Compensation
The position is commission only. Our typical agents earn $65,000-$110,000 in their first year with our firm. We provide a salary during the training and licensing process and an aggressive advance and draw plan.

Requirements
Successful track record of selling in a consultative environment.
Current Life and Health Insurance License or ability to obtain within 45 days of hire.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
Ability to interact with a diverse group of Brokers, Producers, and Employers.
Ability to take the lead in a team-oriented Sales environment.
Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities.
Bachelor's Degree highly desired.
Sales experience in the Health Solutions Industry.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
