As a Health Information Management Clerk, you will play an important role in the patient experience.
You will be responsible for filing, scanning, quality reviews and retrieving health information stored electronically and paper-based for the continuum of patient care.
You will develop and maintain positive relationships with our patients, guests and other team members by striving for excellence in service and quality.

You will be responsible for:

  • Accurately filing paper-based files in terminal digit order for off-site storage.
  • Scanning paper-based files into the electronic medical record.
  • Accurately retrieving health information from the computer based medical record.
  • Professionally and courteously responding to continuation of care requests for health information from health care providers and in-house patients.
  • Conducting quality reviews of scanned documents into the electronic medical record.
  • Reviewing medical records for duplications, completeness, and deficiencies and assigns to responsible physicians.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
