Responsibilities:
- Operate production equipment in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.
- Follow all safety protocols and adhere to CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) and food safety regulations and/or manufacturing regulations.
- Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and quality control.
- Perform basic math calculations for measuring ingredients and quantities.
- Assist in the packaging and labeling of food products.
- Sanitize equipment and work areas to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Fabricate and assemble food products according to specifications.
Experience:
- Previous experience in the food industry or food production is preferred.
- Basic mechanical knowledge for operating and troubleshooting production equipment.
- Familiarity with CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) and food safety regulations.
- Knowledge of food processing techniques and packaging methods.
Skills:
- Proficient in operating food production equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Good communication skills to collaborate with team members and supervisors.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills for identifying and resolving issues during production.
