Coordinating and facilitating unit activities to deliver quality care Assisting in planning staffing requirements and correcting noted deficiencies based on the unit-specific staffing efficiency patterns Communicating, collaborating, and functioning with other members of the health team to provide optimum care Recommended Skills Clinical Works Communication Receptive Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
