Provide coaching/leadership/support to managers & employees regarding HR policies/procedures/programs Administer/manages collective bargaining unit contract/respond to grievances/participate in contract negotiations Be responsible for monthly payroll control audit Support/drive implementation efforts regarding new policies/systems Assist site management with community relations Requirements (IF YOU DON'T HAVE THESE, DON'T APPLY) BA in HR (or 10
years' work experience in an HR environment with increasing responsibility) 5
